Facility Reservation

Welcome to the Hindu Community Center Facility Reservation page. The HCC building is available for rent to the community members. Please follow the procedure listed below in order to rent the facility.

Reservation Procedure

1. Check HCC calendar below to make sure your day/time is available

2. Download the HCC Rental Agreement below and fill the required details.

3. Pay using the Donation tab: https://www.hcc-sd.org/donation

4. Send both : A) Filled/Signed Agreement, and b) Copy of the Receipt of the payment (via Paypal/Zelle) to mpr@hcc-sd.org
5. For first time renters, If your request meets the required criteria, HCC coordinator will approve your request
6. HCC Calendar will be blocked and an invite sent to you on the date/time you requested.
